Grandma was adjusting well to her new home away from home. Already she had made alot of new friends,
and had accepted the role of prayer-giving before all three meals each day.
She was so liked there that she was voted Ms. Valentine's Queen! Boy, was she surprised! She had
wondered why alot of us was there to eat dinner with her...but I don't think she knew at all that she had won anything!

Grandma was so excited about going to New York! She had a fabulous
time and talked about it for months afterward. She was glad that her health permitted it because this was somthing she had
always wanted to do.
Grandma said the veiw from the top of the towers was amazing! You could see it in her eyes that she
was absolutly awed by New York. All she could talk about was how good the food was in the resturants!!! Grandma was so funny!
