A victory for Davidson County leaders and others who were instrumental in putting up the inscription
"In God, We Trust" on the County Government building. The three-judge panel of the Fourth U-S Circuit Court of Appeals has
ruled that donations from individuals and churches who paid for the inscription does not violate the U-S Constitution's guidelines
on the separation of church and state.
